The Crosby Speedbinder Green Line Torque Drive Load Binder (TD13GLHH) is a load securing device designed to apply tension to chains for cargo restraint. It features a torque drive mechanism with an offset gearbox to facilitate load tightening and release in heavy-duty transport applications.
