Description

The Peerless Ratchet Binder Plus 1/2" to 5/8" Chain (H5121-4458) is a load securing device designed to tighten and secure chain tie-downs for cargo restraint. It provides mechanical advantage through a ratchet mechanism to maintain tension on chains during transport.
