AirPower Line - LIFELine® Kit

Air and electrical lines are a couple of the most frequently serviced areas on a truck. TECTRAN’s LIFELine® Kits offer a complete, ready to install Connection System made with premium products. Providing a comprehensive solution to common maintenance problems, LIFELine® Kits greatly extend the service life of the lines.

Standard on all LIFELine® Kits  

•  All LIFELine®Kits use “matched” lines and are pre-clamped to ensure a uniform working length
• TEC-360™ Clamp - The Tec-360° swivel top allows for the AirPower Line to rotate freely which prevents binding, interlocked springs, and stress on connection points. Easy to use aluminum locking clasp  - No tools needed!  
• LIFESwivel® - A live swivel design featuring all brass construction to eliminate corrosion (Patent Pending)
• FLEXGrip-HD™ - A thermo-elastomeric gladhand grip located on the trailer leads (Patent Pending)
• Bend Restrictors – A thermo-elastomeric reinforcement guard located on the tractor leads (Patent Pending)
• Top-of-the-line corrosion resistant anodized gladhands
• All powercoils features plugs using TECTRAN's unique WeatherSeal™ sleeve - A weatherproof barrier, protecting critical wire connections from corrosion. Provides excellent strain relief, minimizing pull stress on connections
• LIFELine® Kits for Tender/Slider Bar applications include a dual-spring tender kit to ensure the weight of the lines is supported during the full range of movement.
• LIFELine® Kits for Pogo Stick do not include a pogo stick - pogo sticks sold separately.
